The hoist series is divided into two categories: indoor hoists and outdoor hoists. Hoists are also commonly referred to as "four-column elevators", "indoor hoists" or "floor cranes". They are vertical lifting equipment specially designed for floor-based environments such as indoor spaces, factories and warehouses. The four-column hoist is a fixed, motor-driven lifting device. Its core design relies on four vertical columns to form a stable and symmetrical support frame, ensuring high stability and safety when lifting heavy loads. Working Principle: Power Source: An electric motor (usually three-phase or single-phase) drives a reducer. Transmission Method: The reducer drives the drum to wind the steel wire rope. Lifting Movement: The steel wire rope is connected to the hook through the pulley block at the top to realize the vertical lifting of heavy objects. II. Main Structure and Components Indoor hoists adopt a floor-to-ceiling structural design, with columns propped against the roof and ground. They are characterized by the elimination of counterweights and have a load capacity ranging from 100 kg to 500 kg. Most outdoor hoists, however, need to be used with counterweights and have a load capacity ranging from 500 kg to 2000 kg. III. Specification Classification The floor-to-ceiling type of indoor hoists can be further divided into: single-column straight-sliding hoists, three-column straight-sliding hoists and four-column straight-sliding hoists.

Indoor and outdoor hoists include the following types: small portable cranes, grain hoists, outdoor telescopic hoists, outdoor telescopic mobile hoists, outdoor square-tube hoists, outdoor single-column hoists, outdoor double-column hoists, outdoor three-column hoists, indoor and outdoor four-column straight-sliding hoists, and indoor and outdoor four-column double-sliding hoists.
